Refund policy
Right of exchange: 30 days from receiving your order
Open purchase: 14 days from receiving your order
NOTE! No right of exchange or open purchase on goods reduced in price (SALE goods)
This also does not apply to underwear, socks and jewelry due to hygiene reasons.
Right of exchange & open purchase only applies as long as the tags remain on the clothes, the goods must be unused, ONLY tried and be free from animal hair & smoke/perfume smell!
In case of return purchase & exchange, you are responsible for the shipping of the goods back to us.
The money will be returned to you or the new goods will be sent to you when we have received the goods that you sent back to us.
Before you send an item back to us, please contact us via email: retur@johannasrockabilly.se, write your name, order number (found in the order confirmation email you received when you ordered and on the delivery note you received with your order), what you intend to send back and if you want to cancel your purchase or exchange for another item, then also write what you want to exchange for and the size.
Once you have done this, please wait for further instructions from us.
The refund will be made to you in the same way you paid for it from the beginning, for example, if you have paid via PayPal, we will refund you via PayPal.
